following are the offices to be

filled at the regular Annual 

Municipal Election to be held

In the City of Forsyth, Missouri, 

on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 from 

6:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Mayor: For a term of two years

 One (1) Alderman – Ward One:

For a term of two years.

 One (1) Alderman – Ward Two:

For a term of two years.

All candidates shall file their 

Declaration of Candidacy and 

Notarized form 5120 with the

City Clerk at the City Hall,

15405 US Hwy 160 Forsyth, MO.

Must file completed forms on 

or before 5:00 p.m. Tuesday,

December 31, 2024, in order

to appear on the ballot. Candidates

may file Monday through Friday 

8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., beginning

December 10, 2024 at Forsyth Municipal

Building, 15405 US Hwy 160 Forsyth, MO.
