Many people don't think twice about how the fresh drinking water gets to their home or what happens when you flush the toilet. The City of Forsyth has a crew of dedicated staff that work tirelessly to make sure those resources are ready and available when you need them.
The city of Forsyth cares about public health, so all 5 of the City's water wells are tested monthly to insure that your drinking water is safe and clean. The water here in the Ozarks is so pristine that we don't have to add anything to it. It's just fresh, clean Ozarks well water.
Our commitment to clean water doesn't end with drinking water. The city also maintains 2 wastewater treatment plants. Processing around 300,000 gallons of waste daily, our 2 facilities return clean, nearly potable water back into the ecosystem. Working closely with Missouri's Department of Natural Resources, our staff is constantly attending continuing education classes and special training sessions to better their personal certifications and skills.
We love our community and work hard everyday to help make sure our infrastructure runs smoothly.
